Body Couture Pilates & Fitness at 4368 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

I visit the Ft Lauderdale area frequently and my friend and I tried this studio in January. I can't say enough about all the instructors and the owner Michelle. I love it there. I wish I could find a place like this in NY (you would think I could). My friend still goes to 4 classes per week for Pilates and I go anytime I am there. This past week when visiting not only did I take a few different type of Pilates classes but I also did a TRX class and a private boxing session with Michelle. Loved them both. I have never boxed before and it was exhilarating. I can't recommend this studio enough. I would give it more stars if I could.
