Unlike half of these paid or self written comments, this will be honest and sincere feedback, of a real life situation we encountered while visiting this place.
Avoid this place as much as possible. The owner or who ever he is, is a very good psychologist and/or sales person. He will pretend anyone you want him to be in order to sell you a car. He claims that he never sells faulty cars and that he always checks cars himself prior to listing them on his website. All the pictures of the car will never show you body defects of the car. We came for a good looking car just to find out that the front bumper and grill was hanging due to accident, which was never reported to CarFax by the way. But these problems are minor. Test drive has shown that this car had problems with brakes, brake pads and rotors to be exact, and the seller kindly agreed to replace them, of course for our money. The price he announced was around $200. Later we still had to replace brake pads and rotors in another service, and it cost us just $95.
Now is the real problem. He will do anything to sell you a car and as soon as he gets the money he will try to avoid further problems and correspondence with you as much as possible. While driving the car back, the brake pedal became extremely soft and car was barely braking. Thanks God it didn't happen on the highway, as previously mentioned, car was barely stopping and was extremely dangerous to drive. This happened by the way the same day we purchased the car. Obviously, we called the guy back and he said that there is nothing he can do, unless he sees the car. We told him that it was extremely dangerous to drive, so we were offered towing company's phone number. For our kind request whether he will be able to cover the towing expenses, we were told in rude manner that this is not his, but ours problem for now and he is not going to pay anything. As you can already see, no cooperation and no willingness to help at all, after the price is paid. The next day we decided to fix the car on our own, as it was simply dangerous to drive and after fixing it, go back to the dealership in order to get at least $100 dollars back we paid to get the brakes finally fixed and simple humane excuses for treating us completely different before the car was purchased and after the car was sold. We got the receipt from the service and dialed this dealership and asked if we can get at least money back for the brakes and rotors. Long story short, in a very rude manner we were told that these are our problems, that we decided to fix the car on our own and not with him, and that in order to get the money back we either had to drive extremely dangerous car back or pay for towing again from our pocket. We decided that $100 dollars are not worth dealing with this person and this dealership anymore and hung up.
Don't just go there unless you completely do not care about the car you are going to drive.
P.S. Sorry for grammatical and punctuation mistakes, as we are the international students and he surely took advantage of it, as we are not 100% familiar with the laws and so there is no way we can legally protect ourselves. Yes, we took a risk and we failed and now deeply regret it.
